Customizing Drapery Panels

Are you someone who loves looking at different window treatment ideas? I know I could spend hours combing through magazines, and Pinterest for different ideas and designs.

I would like to introduce you to Tausha from
She understands the importance of window treatments. She is a girl after my own heart! She says, "Not having curtains or some kind of window treatment is like not wearing mascara". I don't know about you, but I do not go out without mascara! Too scary!

Tausha knows all about the importance of hanging your curtains above your windows as high as possible! It draws the eye up, and makes your room look so much larger and cozier.

So, what if you want to hang your curtains way above your window, but then they will be too short? Well, Tausha has a brilliant way to solve this problem; add some complimentary fabric to the bottom of your drapery panels. "I may or may not of glued the fabric to the curtain". her!

Talk about easy decorating ideas! Another idea is to use fusible tape. This requires no sewing! You can find fusible tape at any craft or sewing store. You place the tape between two fabrics, apply a hot iron, and this will cause the tape to melt and adhere the fabrics together.

Thank you Tausha for sharing your fabulous interior decorating idea for window treatments!

Be sure to stop by and see what else she has in store!
